It seems that what you are paying may not be the lowest rate but one that generates the most profit for a shipping center.

If you shop at: PDQ Mail Plus in Larchmont, you can be guaranteed that you are paying for more than needed. USPS may not like being back solicited and whored out by the mail and parcel groups once they catch wind that it is happening.

In America you buy low and sell high. 

Capitalism rules. 

UPS/Fedex etc charge more than it cost them 

to ship a package. Why shouldn't Mr McEntee?
